Why you are not complaining at consumer forum regarding this coz I saw there is an platform fees they charge with every order.But if you cancelled your order within 30 minutes without using a product then why they charged platform fees from lots of people's it's a scam from Flipkart which is not seen by anyone lots of people's cancelled there order for so many reasons but if they not refund the fees they earn about 1000 cancellation per day fees 7000 per day which cost in a year about Rs 2555000.in a year which is very huge.please someone light on this comment.

Absolutely infuriated with this site. I strongly warn everyone — do NOT buy from here.
I requested a return ages ago, and while they keep claiming the pickup is arranged, it’s never actually happening. I’ve called their so-called customer service multiple times, and every single time they just parrot the same robotic line: “please wait till the timeline.”
To make matters worse, Muskan from their escalation team had the audacity to disconnect my call when I asked for the escalation email address. She told me it can’t be shared as per their policy, and when I demanded to know where this policy is documented, she casually replied, “It’s not.”
This is beyond unacceptable — it’s disrespectful, dishonest, and just outright shady. Avoid this site at all costs.
Complaint regarding delivery agent
I have ordered a ladies wrist watch on flipkart. The item reached my delivery agent by the time it was expected to get delivered. While waiting for it's delivery,i got a WhatsApp message from flipkart mentioning about the cancellation of the order. When i tried to find out the reason, i got a rely that due to adverse weather conditions in my area caused cancellation. Let me tell you that we are living in area inhabited by human population only. These days due to rain some of our roads where blocked. But we also drived out and in during the same days. Other e- com like meesho delivered things. Omly thing the delivery agent could have made a call. He was irritated with me last time for i have ordered soap powder from flipkart. He asked me can't you go to shop and buy it? If it is not meant to buy why flipkart is selling it?? We order because we get some reduction. Shopkeeper won't reduce a single penny from its MRP. When we order thongs only the delivery boy also have the job, right? Very bad.
