How to Reactivate Flipkart Blocked Account?

• Try logging in once. If "Reactivate" is shown, proceed.
• If not, and it shows that your Flipkart account has been blocked, please contact customer support.
• You can contact or email the details provided in your registration number or the email received at the time of account block.
• They will provide the reason and the next steps to resolve the issue.
  

Benefits not applying at checkout (free/fast delivery, early access)

1. Confirm you are actually a Flipkart Plus or Plus Premium member: Account → Flipkart Plus and check the listed benefits.
2. Log out, clear the app cache, and then log in via the web browser. Try the checkout process again.
3. If the benefits are still missing, capture screenshots and raise an issue under Account → Help → "Rewards/Plus." If chat or ticket options are unavailable, email the Grievance Officer. You must get an acknowledgement in 48 hours with a tracking ID.
