Hello Zudio
I purchased a pair of shoes from a Zudio store, but unfortunately, the sole has come off within just 3 months of purchase. It is disappointing that the shoes have developed such a major issue within such a short period.

I am attaching the purchase bill and photographs of the damaged shoes along with this complaint for your reference. Kindly register my complaint and provide a suitable resolution, preferably a replacement or refund.

Please look into this matter and resolve my complaint at the earliest.

Thank you

Hi Team, I visited the Zudio showroom on Pallavaram Radial Road, and it was very nice. However, I noticed that the lights, , have a yellow shade which will be ised in the silk saree section.

Because of this lighting, the colour of the dress may appear different inside the showroom. After billing, when customers take them outside into natural sunlight,
the actual colour can look different.

This issue can be addressed by replacing the yellow lights with normal white lights.

I recently made a purchase at zudio and there we bought few pairs of t-shirts and a pant at the counter we refused for the bag as we carrying out own but somehow there was this additional 10 rs charge named westside consumables I'm confused what that actually is if that is for a bag we actually refused for so that's really unethical to add that and if it's something else let me know

On Sunday 11 th of May 2026, In the lulu Mall Bangalore site Me and my sister went to zudio we purchased for 1500/- rupees and I billed with my number the cash 1500 and my sister was standing beside was not aware that I have made the payment and I got the bill in WhatsApp the billing person who was billing for us asking 1500 rupees money with my sister as well and when my sister asked was bill she said you will receive whenas she already sent to me the bill and we came out of zudio, later my sister realised that the money is missing and she asked me for money I told I paid and she told she also paid that is payment has been done twice when we approached the billing team they checked with CCTV and manipulated that the money was found on the floor and money was not collected by the billing person # unacceptable behaviour of zudio.
