Order Delivery

• All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 days of placing the order. They send
  them via standard courier partners and share a tracking link. Most deliveries
  happen within 6-10 working days. During Sale days, this might get delayed
  further.

• If you placed a COD order, there will be a verification call which is mandatory
  to complete, to process the order. This causes a 1-2 day delay in dispatch.

  get the order converted to online prepaid.

Refund and Exchange

• In cases of their product having a defect, kindly send images of the defect
  to online [at] zouk [dot] co [dot] in within 2 days from the date of receiving the package.
  Their team will inspect the case and get back to you with next steps, if this
  qualifies for a replacement. Note that they do not offer a return in this case.
