Zingbus is a total scamfest. Horrible experience.
Booked a Volvo from Lucknow to Delhi on last Feb, paid the price for a VOVLVO because I needed comfort for motion sickness and an imp. meeting.
They assured it’d be a Volvo when I asked multiple times only to find some rude guy on a call sneered “bahut antar hota hai” to shut me up.
Day of travel? Waited 2 hours at Awadh Hospital, got a last-minute call from them to scramble to another location.
To my surprise, the bus I found was a BharatBenz one.
I complained with photos and everything and they sneakily changed my ticket as BharatBenz after the fact. Offered a pathetic ₹300 ZingCash refund.
Their Contact no. is better if not existed and WhatsApp’s a black hole.
Felt deeply cheated. Filed with Consumer Affairs.
Save your money and sanity, book elsewhere.
They’re a trap waiting to ruin your trip. Zero stars if I could.
