Product Delivery

• The Products shall be delivered within 3 – 10 working days . In case of unforeseen /
  unexpected delay , the same shall be intimated to you.

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation of orders is possible only before the order is Invoiced for shipment .
• Once an order is Invoiced and Packed , it cannot be cancelled.
• No cancellations can be accepted for those products that have been ordered on special occasions.

Return Request

• The return request must be initiated within 10 days from the date of receipt of shipment.
• To request a return, visit -> Return Request Page or mail at onlinestore [at] zebronics [dot] com.
• The request will br entertained once the customer has checked and determined the same
  at his own end. This should be reported within 4 hours of receipt of the products.

For Warranty

• Zebcare warrants the products against any tech defect related to its components/
  software/user interface if purchased directly from zebronics or its authorized reseller.
• The warranty is applicable only for the products if
  • Product is under warranty period
  • Product purchase invoice/bill (tax paid) is available and shown during repair.
  • Warranty and serial number stickers are intact and not tampered.
  • Product is not opened/attempted to repair except Zebcare authorized
    centers and its authorized engineers.
  • Product is not damaged,burnt,rusted,water-logged,tampered, etc
