Return And Refund

• For any query regarding Return and Refund you can fill this Customer Service Form .
• If the product include unwanted things or size exchange, then return the product through contacting the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 14 days of delivery and ship the items back within 30 days of the RMA date.
  • Go to My Account then click on Orders and select Start a return request .
  • Use registered mail add Hong Kong address and ship the product back.
• Refunds are primarily issued as YesStyle Credit or credited back in your account.
