This is the fourth time for the same and only one order the agent didn't pick up my order of lenskart still . It begins never except this worst experience with the xpressbees.
And not even the customer service is good never ever the executive is available for the service.
Worst service. No one calls
Worst service. No one calls back even if you leave a call back option. When u call the customer service ... automated msg will say their executives are busy..
The delivery guys will put their own msg without contacting us and says that the customer asked for later delivery. Which we havent.

I order a dress from instagram and they delivered from xpressbees. Now the dress is not the same which i ordered. And there is no exchange policy, no return ,no refund ..

I ordered from online
I ordered from online instagram shopping profile named pickmefashion_ I already paid online and when my order reached through xpressbees the person asked me for money as it was written cash on delivery over the product. The instagram profile from which o ordered is not responding towards the issue and they seem to be thugs and it is a scam. I feel helpless and dont know how to contact them or what to do
