The customer service number is useless trying for the past 3 days. always get a response all agents are busy. Sent a mail as well No response at all. Last week i purchased a woodland scandle@1800 but when i cheked the scandle at home it was damaged later when i complained itvwith shopkeeper he refused to replace or refunded.
Do not buy woodland
Do not buy woodland products.So pathetic behaviour.They do not return the refund amount. They are cheater and fraud. They have kept approx. 9000 rupees against return product. The product is returned in December 2024. I have not received my amount so far.

I PURCHASED A SHOES FROM SOUTHEX WOODLAND SHOWROOM AND PAID 4500 FOR A WOODLAND SHOES AND AFTER TWO MONTH I FOUND THAT SHOES FULLY EXPLODED . I REQUESTED MANY TIMES AND I TRIED FOR RETURNED THIS SHOES AND COMPLAINED MANY TIMES IN SHOP BUT THEY DID NOT TAKE ANY ACTION AND THE DID NOT REPLACE OR NOT MENT MY SHOES .
