I ordered a shoe from this Wish app on the 6th of October and was assigned with the delivery date between 16th October to 5th November. The whole time i did not receive any order from their side. On 6th of November when i repeatedly dropped mails to there customer support then i got a revised delivery date which was 12th November.Well guess what? I did not receive my order even on the 12th of November and above all i could not even find the refund option on their app.Now i have filed a complaint against them in the consumer court. Hope i will at least get the refund.

Hi,
I ordered fives items for my 10th wedding anniversary on June 9th 2019.But items still not receive and didn't track actually where it is? I read the review, "arrived two weeks earlier".I complained about that, WISH give me a another commitment date,that is today. But item not deliver and can't be track. Finally I search on google and find the Bangalore customer care . I hope you reply the actual situation of ordered items. Anniversary gone and also my hope. Thank you.

I have ordered couple of items from wish.com and the revised delivery dates were from 05 Dec 2018 to 12-Dec-2018, but not a single item is delivered till date. Even the status of the item is not up to date in the website as the status is as of October end or November middle. Please help me to update with the latest status as well as the delivery of the items at the earliest.

The number mentioned above is switched off when tried.
