My WhatsApp not working on 27.10.2023 morning onwards, i cannot receive message from my friends , but if i send messages they received, status also not loading , i cannot connect web WhatsApp too, there is any message like banned not shown by my WhatsApp, please rectify the issue , top of my display shown like new message loading , my another business WhatsApp is working, but my personal WhatsApp not working , kindly resolve issue.

Hello sir/mam Mera name sheelu h mein iss time khora colony ki rehne wali hu,Mera whatsapp account number hack ya ban ho gya h , please isse open ya deactivate kerwa dejiye taki in future mujhe koi bhi problem na aaye , mein yek house wife hu, rent per rehti hu.

My WhatsApp account has been banned again and again. I have mailed several times it gets unban but again after few minutes it gets banned. Yesterday, I got a mail saying that it was a confusion and mistake of your company that my account got banned and now I can easily access it after downloading new version and setting a security pin. I did everything but again in the morning my account was banned. I have not done anything against the terms and conditions of the app. Then why is this happening. I have been using the ap since a very long time so why I'm being banned again and again.
