I want to complaint against WBTC bus no S23A-U
This bus conductor always doing fraud.
I have prove against him
He said that Chinerpark stoppage is not available on his ticket mobile.
But another WBTC bus not says that.

Today on 9th of march 2019 i was waiting for barasat Bgarden bus at fortis hospital bus stop in evening at 6.30pm.A barasat Bgarden bus whose no. Was WB 25F
5548 came and i get on the bus.I had to go to hastings.as soon as hasting was about the bus was about to reach hastings i told bus conductor to stop but he didnt give the signal to driver to stop the bus.
And he started asking me double the fare of the bus.
I shouted at him to stop the bus but he didnt.when the bus speed slowed down i walked down to the bus then the bus driver speeded up the bus due to which i felt down on the road.
And that conducor had no any sense that i felt down.i could have met an accident. He started misbehaving with me to give the extra fare.I want the transport department to take serious action against that bus driver and conductor.

If I lose a Yonex racquet will I be able to recover it from the respective bus terminal?

Today 14th Sept around 7.55 pm to 8 pm I am waiting for Bally bound bus at Chinar park crossing bus stoppage. A bus Ac 23a came but not stopping at Chinar park bus stoppage. I am knocking bus door but bus conductr is refused to open bus door. The bus is not heavyly packed up by passenger.Bus route no Ac 23A. White colour bus. & Bus no Wb 056182

I travel on this bus from esplanade to sealdah. I give my fair but no ticket provided to me. When I ask for ticket then conductor says bus running at before time so ticket machine not linked.

On 13 th may,I have called to Paniparul booking agent for tickets on SBSTC bus on 15 may via Paniparul , agent has advised, he has no confirmation about availability of BUS on 15 may. he will ask me to call on 14 th may , 14 th may again called (around 12 p.m.) and asked for availability of bus on 15 may 5 a.m and reserved a seat upto Esplanade , agent has advised tht bus will be available on 15 may 5 a.m. but by phone he cannot reserve the seat , I have to pay the amount and collect ticket from counter only which will be opened around 5 p.m. on day . I went to Paniparul booking counter around 4:45 p.m. on 14 th may but agent is informed me there are don't have any seat in bus of 5 a.m. on 15 th may , I have several times requested him for a seat on 15 th 5 am bus and explain about my health issue but he has denied and replied me tht they dont have any single seat on 15th 5 am bus , after that I was standing there around half an hour and observed that agent has issued (confirm seat) tickets to another 2 - 3 persons (some people has collected ticket from back site of counter also ) ,I have discussed with several people who is suffering on same issue as myself ,requesting you ,please take a action with your Paniparul (east midnapur) booking agent in this matter ,also requesting you , please if you will arrange on line booking of this bus to avoid such issues / blacking tickets etc....

On 9th may,i returned from Digha, on digha to barasat wbtc AC bus, (bus no wb 7864) i found bus conductor and road side agents take 400 rupees per seat for reserving bus seats on wbtc Ac, where the actual fare is only 250 rupees per seat.please take a legal action on that issue of ticket blacking.
