Refused to deliver and Misbehaved the receiver
Dear sir,
Since we entrusting for past years because your Services. Your delivery boy misbehaved to client(Receiver) because she didn't manage to pick the call During their Duty Time. If employees doing misbehaving everyday like yesterday how may clients entrusting your company. It is requested you from my Side to take action. Yours Sincerely.

Absolutely Insatisfied With The Service
1. "Trackon Courior Service", actually it should be called as Service.
2. Absolutely irresponsible to doing their actual Job.
3. Their contact person's Contact Numbers are unreachable almost everytime.
4. If Spmeone suddenly pick up any call then their behavior is not Polite and up to the mark enough.
5. Within local area they are unable to drop any order and calling customer to pickup their product from their office.
--- in short absoltely rubbish Courior Service is Track On... No body should go with this one at least...!!!
consignment not received
this is the worst courier service what i have seen. they have open the company to make jokes. not a single customer care number is in working condition. al numbers are switched off all the times and all the days. neither any email id mentioned for complaining on portal.
its going to be 8 days i did not received my consignment. some one from Ranchi picked up the call and said this courier service runs like this only. so, finally i decided to lodge a complain on consumer forum and sue the company in court to cancel its company registration.

I am also planning to move to consumer court. I didn't receive my luggage for 2 months. Please mail me at jahnvisuman4 [at] gmail [dot] com. If we can refer each other, then I think our case will be stronger and we will be able to impose more fine.

Mr. RANA
this fellow is an incharge for Garia and baghajatin trackon office and is totally disrespectful. His team is totally lazy and assuming illiterate as they cannot find a simple address where I have been sending courier for last 17 years. But instead of tying to solve the problem he talks very rudely and disrespectfully with an 65 yrs old woman.
