Lost/Delayed And Damaged Baggage
- For any query/complaint, you can contact the customer support team.
- For damaged baggage, submit a claim within 7 days of receiving the baggage.
- For delayed baggage, claims for interim expenses must be submitted within 21 days of receiving the baggage.
- Wasaya Airways will provide a refund of any baggage fees paid if the baggage has been delayed, lost or damaged.
