Sir aap volvo driver chahie to bataiye

I have purchased new xc 60

I have purchased new xc 60 from Sanwaria automobile kolkata on march 2020 .Due to lock down the vechicle was not delivered to me. Today on 8th june 2020 I was delivered the car through trailer as I am from odisha. I was delivered a used dented car . I found invoices of spares of 27/1/2020 in name of someone else name with same engine and chesis number . It shows i had been cheated and sold vehicle which was been already sold to other and might be with some reason it was collected back to showroom.
I want explanation from both the dealer and volvo , Do I have to file a consumer case.

I own a VOLVO XC60 in

I own a VOLVO XC60 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, which I had recently sent to the service station for changing break pads and disc break. Also there was a noise coming while starting Air-Con and cooling wasn’t proper at AUTOBOTS Gara Autozone Pvt Ltd

Now firstly, they said that they have checked the Air-con and don’t seem to find any fault, so I asked him to send me photo of temperature reading sensor.
But even after reminding him repeatedly, over and over again, he hasn’t sent me the photo. We are still facing trouble with Air Con cooling but the service station says its okay.

Secondly, when I sent the car it was clean from inside and outside, but when I got my car back from the service station, there were marks of GREECE / OIL inside the car on seats and fabric and floor. It is simply unacceptable that such a luxury car company gives the car back to customer in such a shabby condition. For this I have been telling them to get me in touch with CRM but even after repeated reminder he hasn't given me CRM number.

I thought after putting up a complaint , they would prioritise my case and take necessary steps to get my car cleaned asap, but his approach has been so lethargic and lousy towards me and my car that as a customer I feel utmost disappointment with VOLVO right now. He hasn’t taken any measures or any attempt to have my car cleaned. They treat the customer here as if he and his car are not at all important to them and that they can do things as and how they feel are right. I still cannot comprehended that the car wasn’t even checked and cleaned before handing it over.

I have never seen such unprofessional behaviour and no sense of responsibility by a dealership or workshop. It is a terrible experience.

I am enclosing a few pictures of my car after it was handed it over to me.

I hope for a prompt reply and action regarding this matter .

Non responsive attitude from Volvo autobots ahmedabad

Dear Sir,

My car had a major accident on 25th Sept 2019. The car was a XC-40 brand new car. The car was sent to the work shop. The Insurance company took one month for approving the claim as it was a Zero dep policy. During diwali the car accidentally had a fire in the engine. The car was at the Autobots workshop. No one from their side bothered to inform me. After I sent my driver to inspect the status on the repairs I found that this had happened. Till date the car is still at the workshop and I have no vehicle so I am spending money on Taxi. The Autobots owner has had no decency to call up or talk about what has been happening with the car. No one from their end bothers to call and update. Inspite of follow up every week they have no idea as to when the car will actually be ready. We have been using VOLVO since a very long time but have never had such a bad experience. The AUTOBOTS owner needs to shut his delaership as there is no professionalism at all. I have had to write this as I am very tired and fed up with the following up and after spending so much money on a Luxury car there is no response or responsibility at all.

I hope to get a positive response from the Heat of Volvo India or Asia or Sweden.

I had requested for a test

I had requested for a test drive on Monday 14 Oct from the chennai showroom after checking out the car. No response for two days and then I had to book an appointment for the same. Got s call from chennai Volvo. It’s friday the 18 th Oct and still no signs of test drive. We moved to GLA! What an embarrassment VOLVO!!

I can imagine after sales service!

ON ROAD SERVICE

My car ( less than one year old ) Volvo XC60 got stopped on road. made a complain to on road assistance. it was done on 31st July at around 4.00 pm. until now ( 3rd August, 11.07 hrs ) the car is lying on road, no one has turned up , no one is attending , no one is replying for the actions .

This is not new with the service from Ahmedabad dealer for Volvo. Earlier too, the car was blocked at Dealer for over one month for a small problem related to engine. it was always stated that it will take 2 days to repair , but, after 30 days, i had to shout in the showroom in presence of customers advising the customers about the positions .

i have no idea, when they are going to attend the car ( on road assistance ) lying on road ( unattended ) since more than 3 nights.

Complaint regarding my Volvo xc sixty

Sir i brought volvo Xc sixty D five from ur dealer namly Artemis, coimbatore and i have disappointed very much, that my car have run fiftythree thousand kms and i have serviced my car periodically, few days ago a problem have arrived in my car that the oil level is decreasing regularly and i have submit my complaint to your dealer but no action is taken by your dealer, constantly the oil level is dropping down, it decreases one litre for every thousand kms, so please rectify and give me a solution for my complaint, as i have extended warranty for my car and my car was only three years old. If my complaint was not rectify by you then you will face the consequences.

BRAKE PAD Replacement at just eleven thousand six hundred Kms

i have bought my XC40 from 'Martial Motors', Bangalore during July2018 & form Decemebr 2018, I started noticing a disturbing noise, when ever brakes are applied & it was obvious that other commuters on road use to watch my car because of noise. I have brought to the notice of service team of 'Martial Motors' & they asked me to bring the car for inspection during the first service at 10000Kms. Mr.Ramesh who is personal service technician told me that it has sorted out during service at 10000kms but the noise was observed even after the service, so service team took my car on 12.03.19 for inspection & they told me that both front & rear brake pads to be changed & they charged INR.24,927/- (rupees twenty four thousand nine hundred twenty seven only), IT S A REAL ABSURD, THAT TOO VOLVO CAR SO CALLED CLAIM OF QUALITY cannot be so so bad that it is replaced at 11,694kms

i request customer care of VOLVO to cover my above issue under warranty & reimburse my money paid towards the same.

Break Pad issue bad experience Volvo Ahmedabad

I have also the same problem I bought xc40 R-design in Aug 2018 I sent my car for regular maintenance service of 12000 km I complained About car shaking when break the done only wheel alignment and done routine service costing 31000 Rs. but the problem still not solved so I contact again the Ahmedabad dealer to check and they give me 33000 Rs estimate for 2 pads and 2 disc replacement. The reason is overheating 12000 @ 12 months means 33 km per day how Fast we go and how hard we break in city traffic in Ahmedabad. The sales team advertise the Volvo brand for cheap maintenance luxury brand but I think the lie to customers 64000 in just 10000 km this is as costly as the other luxury brands very disappointed with volvo brand for fake advertising and poor parts quality.

I faced a similar things. I had purchased a Volvo xc 40 from gurgaon around 7-8 months back. Since the beginning there have been issues with the car. The break makes the shrinky noise and I have complained about it endless number of times to the gurgaon Volvo Service center but the issues has not been resolved till now. I have even sent my car 2-3 times to the service center to be checked but they always send it back the same way without fixing the problem. The service manager Vishal in your company has not taken any serious steps to look into the problem. They even changed the brake pads at 6000km but again after 15 days the same noise started coming and it’s happening till date.

xc ninty chennai dealer

we bought xc ninty from your chennai dealer who have not given RC book , and also not PAID paid proper GST in government portal. they gave three invoices with different rates , we exchanged four cars including an audi a six on by back. no reposne for any calls. the vechile had a scratch and they have painted with less quality paint which turned into yellow....

they have over charged almost fourteen lac and also have not credited GST amount for the old cars in our GST portatl. and response for the same also

surprising to it they donot response to calls and threaten for service and also physically. NO PROPER CRM in this agent, which spoils the name of VOLVO brand. we are about to file a legal suit against all miss appropriates.

Sir we bought two of your Volvo vehicles, S60 and Xc60. In the name P. Balasubramanian and MALAR paper mills Pvt LTD respectively in vo ember 2017 from your chennai dealer Atrimis. In which Xc 60 is demo vehicle and at the time of purchase it ran about 10000 km and S6 is new one . We are very much disappointed about the way of approach and response given by your staffs at chennai dealership. Our XC 60 ran only 20000 km , when we gave our car for 20000 km service your service engineer told the entire break disc and break shoe has to be changed, we are very much shocked to here this, because disc change @ 20000 km and that in a quality car like Volvo is unimaginable. Regarding this many times I contacted Mr Udhay , sales rep, who sold the car to us by saying lot of wrong commitments , but there is no response from him, not even picking my phone calls . It will definitely spoil the reputation of Volvo company. We baught your Volvo company car with high expectations but all gone wrong. Sorry to say this,In future as aVolvo customer , I will not recommend your products to any body, because of few of your staffs in your chennai dealership.
