Dear Concern Person,
I would like to complaint against the Employees of Preet Vihar Branch. I am 6 months Pregnant. On 27.04.2022 evening 7 p.m i had taken Face wax and Threading Eyebrows from this Branch (attached is the invoice for your reference).
I informed them Tomorrowwill be my first Marriage anniversary, please be careful while doing the wax and threading.
But still I got a burning sensation immediately after face wax, after I spoken to the concern staff (Ms. Binu Rai), she said that its normal. I again said her that i cant tolerate this, But she said that it will be alright after some time.
After that when i take Threading from Ms Santosh Kumari, i said her also that i cant tolerate this itching, she put some Cream on my face. But she said all will be right.
But till that time i can clearly see the Burning scars on my face, i continuously informed both the persons i had itching and burning sensation that i cant control. They both said all are ok. Nothing is burned over there. even i can see that clearly.
I was go to house on their recommendation, after that upto night i got dark scars on my face with uncontrollable irritation and burning sensation. that ruins my anniversary function also.
When I go to branch for the Complaint of it. No body give us any resolution. Ms Meenakshi (Manager of the Branch) said to go to Customer care. Only they can resolve your problem. She Continously shouting on me even in that condition. NO boy was there to help me and understand my things.
We never expect this Unprofessional behavior and work with the VLCC (A Huge Brand Image).
i was go to brand VLCC so that i was not suffer at last moment of my function from any king of problem.
I also attached my pics of the burnt area in this mail with the invoice copy.
I request you to please refund my fee with compensation amount along with medical expenses.
Otherwise, i have to complaint to consumer court against the VLCC co. and Their employees of Preet Vihar Branch.
