Dear Sir/Mam, my 1.5 yrs old v25 that was neither falled down nor got wet in water suddenly started showing a line on the display. Though there is no physical damage in the phone your service centre pondicherry does not want to fix it. Why is Vivo selling such a poor quality phone that cannot withstand even 1.5 yrs for normal usage? If its a known issue why can't vivo fix it by calling off this phone instead of the customer to bear the pain and cost? Kindly respond.
