Refund of my subscription

I already cancelled my free trial on 21st April 2020. Yet the amount of yearly subscription Rs. 850/- got deducted from my account and that's not permissible. Kindly check your database and reply on my refund status soon.

Being such responsible brand I guess it's really irresponsible to take cancellation of your customer so lightly. But yet understanding the situation of covid-19 I understand mistakes might happen.

So please do needful for my refund.
