Very bad experience. My kanpur shops are best as compared to yr store at lko

me and my wife visited your store at krishna nagar on 20 may 2023 around 3 pm. but were not satisfied
we shopped @2500 approx. but no gift was given. nor even drinking water.
the water dispenser at your store was given extreme hot water . our hands were burnt.

we are totally disappointed by your stores .

staff member was very rude and service was not good

actually i went to buy some glass bowls. i went to the vishal mega mart near venus royal hyde in rasulgarh,,

1.) When we asked a staff member to help us finding some bowls. she just ignored at first , after telling 2-3 times the lady staff member came and we told to help us in finding it. she told that it is kept there you can find it. nothing more is there...
2.) WHEN AT THE TIME OF BILLING ONLY ONE COUNTER WAS OPEN AND CROWD WAS THERE ... SO WE WAITED FOR OUR TURN WHICH CAME ALMOST FTER 15-20 MINS....
3.) WHEN WE WERE BILLING THE LADY STAFF MEMBER WAS BILLING SHE WAS VERY RUDE... ACTUALLY WE HAD ALSO TAKEN TWO CUPNOODLES IN WHICH WE DIDN'T KNOW THAT A OFFER WAS GOING ON i.e. BUY 2 GET 1 FREE... SO WE SAID THE STAFF TO BRING ONE FOR US... SHE JUST DENIED AND TOLD THAT IT IS THERE LUNCH TIME AND FROM 12NOON THERE LUNCH TIME HAD STARTED TILLL 2PM... FIRST OF ALL THERE WERE NO STAFF TO HELP US SO THET WE WOULD HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THE OFFER PREVIOUSLY..... THEN BY THE TIME MY MOM WAS GVING THE ITEMS TO BILL I WENT AND BROUGHT ANOTHER CUPNOODLES WHICH WAS FREE WITH 2...
4.) AT THE TIME OF PAYING WHEN WE HAD NO CHANGE OF ONLY RUPEES 10 SHE STARTED ARGUING WITH MY MOM... THAT WHY WE HAVE NO CHANGE THEN LISTENING TO THIS I TOLD TO THE FEMALE STAFFF WHO WAS BILLING THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE THE CHANGE.... SHE TOLD THAT IF WE KEEP CHANGE SO HOW WILL OUR COUNTER WORK TILL NIGHT.. SHE TOLD THIS IN A VERY RUDE, ANGRY, VERY BAD WAY .....SO I THE TOLD MY MOM TO TRY FINDING IN HER PURSE THEN WHEN FINALLY WE FOUND A COIN OF RUPEES 10.... SHE THEN TOLD THAT IF YOU HAD WHY WERE YOU NOT GIVING I TOLD THAT WERE YOU NOT ABLE TO SEE THAT HOW MUCH TIME IT TOOK TO TAKE IT OUT... WE OPENED ALL THE CHAINS OF THE PURSE...
THEN FINALLY AFTER 5MINS WE FOUND IT...
5.) SHE THEN WHILE LEAVING TOLD SOMETHING ABOUT US THAT WE CAN'T LISTEN THEN WE COMPLAINED ABOUT HER TO THE SECURITY GUARD... HE ALSO DIDN'T TELL ANYTHING....
6.) BEING A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF VISHAL MEGA MART IT WAS NOT EXPECTED FROM VISHAL.....
7.) IT HAD BEEN SEVERAL TIMES WITH US BUUT NOW THE SHAMELESSNESS AND THE RUDE BEHAVIOUR WAS AT THE PEAK AND MAINLY SHE TOLD SOMETHING VERY BAD ABOUT MY MOM INFRONT OF ME.... SO THIS TIME I AM WRITING THIS.....

NEXT TIME IF THIS HAPPPENS I WOULD COMPLAIN ABOUT IT TO CONSUMER RIGHTSSS... WHICH WILLBE VERY DANGER FOR YOUR MALLL....

I THERE BY WARN YOU THIS SHOULD NOT BE DONE NEXT TIME... IF IT HAPPENS IT WILL NOT BE GOOD FOR VISHAL.....

Disrespectful staff member

Today i visited my nearest vishal mega mart store i.e in duliajan. So, while i was shopping in the food and grocery corner, there was 2 male and 1 female saw me pass by and i asked them one item price, then i went away. They didnt know i was in the other section and i could hear them, maybe they thought i was gone. I heard They were talking about me, mentioning my name my title and singing song that included my name! I didnt know anyone of them, but one of the guy said that he knew my name and the other two asked what was it and so on.. it was a very long convertation between them about me but i didnt wanted to hear it more so i went away as my hands were shaking... to the ground section and complained it to one of the cashier !!! That was very very very disrespectful! Staff is very disrespectful ! Never thought vishal is in such a low standard!!!!!!

For giving my property on rent

I live in Gaya, Bihar pin code-823003 . I have a commercial building under construction of around 11500 sft for three floors, which I want to give on rent. There is no vishal mega Mart in my town.

Irregular and lazy staff

I going to Vishal mart teghoria Kolkata on today. Sataff is very lazy and irregular any ask details no responds and irregular orguies. Bad behaviour in costomers . Very slow billing and tells bad words .
Pl take necessary action.

Pathetic ,,and bad angry attitude staff person

Went to the store at 3: 40 pm and the Staff person literally push me to go out from the store reason is closed ,,due to lockdown however according to the government .timings of all store during lockdown is 4 pm in himcahal Pradesh,palampur,,guy don't even have manner how to talk ....the way he is talking like he is bouncer of bar or something else .....i request him still i have 20 min i have to grab only sodas but no ,its not possible store gonna close 4 pm ,,but his attitude is worst,i hope there is camera ,so head office can see his Moron activities ,such pathetic service and rude THING ever happen in VISHAL MART ... HORRIBLE

Being harrased by the rude and unprofessional employees

Hello I am Dr Ananya Pathak and I want to share my experience and enlighten you with the behavior of your staffs in vishal megamart Purulia , West Bengal.
I am a customer of vishal since 7years and never have to face such kind of humiliation.
I went to the store yesterday with my father (who is a very respectable and honest business man) and with my mother( a government employee in West Bengal heath) . While we pass the security entry a red light and sound was there when my father was standing there but the security took no notice of it and let him go without a word. We were shopping for various products and my father felt sick as the ac and the fans were not working and it was very hot in there so my father decided to get some air and was going to out through the door and it started beeping again. The security came along with some employees and forcefully escorted him inside and searched him and they didn't find anything... then they make him strip every piece of clothing he was wearing and same they didn't find anything suspicious and then they let him go... this all happened without me and mother's knowledge when we came to know about the incident we asked the staff who asked you to this as my father was so traumatized mentally by the incident he was unable to speak and then the rude employers behaved as nothing has happened and then we told we won't buy anything from the store and left.
My father is not a very healthy person he has suffered many illness last year so his physical condition is not that good. They make such a person forcefully strip his clothes. And a employee was constantly with us and he knew my father wasn't doing anything suspicious is this a way to behave with your customers.
I want necessary actions to be taken immediately again the staffs and security guard of purulia vishal megamart or I will have to post this incident in Twitter and all other social media sites.
By this incident my father was mentally harrased by the employees .

Misbehaving

Today i went to vishal located in Golaghat... I was checking for some products suddenly a executive came and told me very roughly dont touch anything... I had already purchase some products not only one stuff help me to find.. And i have seen some are working, some are busy with there Mobile.. When i told him that this is not they way to greed a customer... Then he again told me roughly that talk to manager.. Then i went from there and i told to my friends on exit point that there should be a csd point then there was a security lady she replied me that staff are not bad customer s are bad... I am very greatful to visit that mall... I have been working for many companies and dealing with many kind of customer... So i know the company person introduced a band / institutions .. So they have to know how to greed a customer.

No discount on exchane

I had purchased one jeans MRP 999 with 30 percent discount on 03.09.18 form Faizabad U.P. store for my kid but unfortunately zeans was not good in fitting & on 06.09.18 I went again for exchange the same, your staff changed the item but charged full amount of MRP i.e. 999/- when i told them it is exchange of goods not new purchase they were all behaving very roude & one of them Mr.Amit shouted on me & told me that there are many customers we can give attention to one by one so you can go away very fast
