How Can I Upgrade, Downgrade or Manage My Subscription?

• Log in to Viki, go to Account Settings, then Subscription to manage or change plan.
• For Google/Apple/Roku subscriptions, manage through respective app settings or website.
• Upgrades are immediate with prorated charges; downgrades occur after current period ends.
• Email confirmation is sent after changes; check subscription status and renewal in your account
