Tum logoka service ekdum bekar service hai aur kuzz bhi complain kiya to fir tum paise demand karne lagte ho. Tum logoka agar service nahi provide kar paa rahe ho to usme hamare se paise mangte ho tum log. Sidha boldo na tum log service provide nahi kar sakte to hum log yahaa paise nahi dalenge har mahine nayaa kharcha lagaate rahte ho tum log. Poor connection from 1pm to 3 pm on daily basis


Firstly I am fed up with D2H customer care service. I am not sure why this service you are providing when we are not able to contact them. You have fixed recording which you are running however we don’t have options for lodging our complaint as if I choose that then recording say “thanks for contacting D2H”.
All days D2H is disconnecting from 1pm to 3-4 pm. Only we can watch news channels but all entertainment channels, kids channels etc are not working. Please advise and take action.

Anyway i have charge D2H until November 20. If no action has been taken by DH then I will disconnect as there is no point to continue with D2H if I am not getting service.

Reg Service Charges One of the pathetic customer servuce

It is to bring to your notice that I am subscriber of Videocon D2H from
pasy 10 year, We had shifted recently to new
location on 26 Feb and we had and also had recharged for long time
of 3 months which I got 15 days additionally. On 06/04/2020 my account
balance was Rs.800.63 Recently on 21st Apr 2020 suddenly channels were
visible and it was showing NO SIGNAL So I called Customer Care where I
given service charge of Rs.200 in hand after repairing and also my
had been deducted Rs.200 . But I didn't notice end date of subscription
amount before. That time I noticed my account balance was Rs.480 approx.
Again on 25th Apr 2020, I had faced same problem which I had informed to
Customer Care. They had said that they will rectify without service
as complaint was not completed even a weeks time . From that day

To resechudle that service. Mode of payment was suspicious to be think about economical cyber crime.
4. Call centre call back with different private no. Which are not seems to be authentical service for single problem of the customer.
5. Never pick customer call on first dialling and call back the customer after sometime within non registered other private no. And cut the call after short time of duration.
6. After sometime another private no. Calls and relisten the problem but cut the phone in same manner.
7. At the time of payment they demands unnecessary details about bank ,card no . Etc etc . Which is doubtful again to customer.
8. Never wants to recommend anyone to take service of Videocon d2h.

We took a videocon connection in June 2019. In the 1st week of August,we started facing issue with original remote control,it stopped sensing the D2H. we were told that it will cost 275 for changing the remote control. When the Videocon engineer visited and checked,he just repaired the original remote and took his visiting charge 200 Rs. That time we asked him to give us the mew remote also but he Refused again and again. he said i will have to pair the remote again anyway. So we didnt ask for the new remote.Now again we started facing this issue within 1 week only, and it is giving us the same old issue. Now again Videocon customer care will take 275 Rs. for the new remote. My question is why there is no warranty of remote control and why customer should bear the same cost again if the issue has occured within 2 months. There should be a fixed timeline that customer will not have to pay the cost if it is giving issue within 1 year...Is there any guarantee that this time I will pay the amount and it will not give me any issue within 2 days? Now we understood This engineer came to our house deliberately refused to give the 2nd remote so that he can get extra 200 Rs. next time. Just disgusting. I dont know if this complain has any effect on videcon customer care,just wanted to tell everyone to be careful of such scandals to earn money in form of visiting charges.

My setup box was working till the end of the racharge an after that there was error(signal not available) an then i call customer care to ask for engineer on 7/06/19 and he came an told its not working and he even doesn't know what happened to d2h?? He was asking me then get off from my house next day i call customer care again an they said engineer would provide within 48 hrs after two days i call again they said engineer will be provided within working 8hrs and today its 17/07/19 (actually i have recharged also on 7/06/19) u can check out im serious my id:one,seven,eight,six,eight,two,seven,two,six.d2h service fucked up

This is regarding E04-4 smart card not inserted properly issue.

Yesterday our Videocon D2h services are working fine at 10:30 AM but all of suddenly some updates was happened and rebooted the device after rebooting the D2h box so getting the E04-4 error and immediately called your team to fix the issue and followed basic troubleshooting steps as per your team suggestion but it was not fixed.

Could you please help us to fix the (E04-4 smart card not inserted properly issue) issue which cause of updates.

They don't have any solution for this problem.. Videocon D2H is doing this intentionally just for money.... Everytime they said for engineer visit and ask for vist charge... Every month we are facing this issue..

I am highly disappointed with Videocon D2h Service, Customer Service and its Website . In my opinion all are useless for a user who has any query or concern regarding using the service because I really don't think you are any longer interested in entertaining your existing customers.
Let me note down all the issues so that you can understand what makes me frustrated using your service.

1) You have an amazing website which doesn't allow its registered customer to login even if your userid and password is correct. I may take a chance to think once that may be i entered something wrong and try resetting password. What is more amazing is the password which you sent on registered mobile also doesn't allow you to login. So from last one month i am trying resetting my password and login to my account but i am not able to login to select my pack. All thanks to you!

2) My services are disconnected from 2 weeks but since i can't login i can't choose my pack hence can't recharge also.

3) Now let's come to your Customer Service which is more interesting. You have a dedicated customer care executives who didn't pick call in last 2 weeks once even if i kept my phone on line for hours and hours everyday. Today may be I have done some good deeds after a hour of wait my call was picked and guess what a Malyalam help desk which again promised me to transfer my call to Hindi/ English speaking Help desk and after hours of wait it was not entertained.
