I am Gaurav Gautam and I had booked the tickets through via.com for 1st October 2020 on goair. The flight number is G8-504 and the PNR is QB9F4A. Due to the technical issues of go air this flight was cancelled. But I haven't received the refund amount. And after talking to go air customer executives I got to know that they have initiated the refund but there is an issue from your end. The travel agent for this is Ebix travels Pvt ltd. I tried calling them but their number is not reachable. Same is the case with via.com customer service.
I request you to take immediate action on this matter as it is almost 20 days now.

MY BUS IS CANCELLED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND. BUS OPERATOR SAYS, AMOUNT IS TRANSFERRED TO VIA. ALSO, NO WAY OF CONTACTING YOU GUYS. NO REPLY ON EMAIL, AND CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE DOES NOT EVEN PICK UP CALLS. HALF OF THE NUMBERS DOES NOT EVEN WORK.

After cancelling my ticket by Indigo airlines during Covid- lockdown they kept my refund in a credit shell for sometime. But now we came to know by the airline that they processed the refund to my travel agent i.e via .com on July 2020 but till date as on 7th September 2020 they didn't refund the amount instead of several request mail I had send. Call centre is fake and doesn't receive calls they keep the call on hold for longer.at last I decided to take legal action against via.com and go with consumer forum.
