Rebooking

  • Rebooking is possible only up to 6 hours prior to scheduled departure.
  • Charges Applicable shall be Rs.1000/- plus fare difference.

Refund

  •  If booking is done at a Ventura Office, the cancellation may be
    done at any Ventura Office.
  •  Mode of payment shall be same as adopted during booking.
  •  The refund time may vary accordingly.

Baggage Rule

  •  Baggage up to 7Kg per person from origin to destination is permissible.
  •  Extra baggage may be allowed on a payment of Rs.50 per kg.
  •  No check in baggage is allowed, only carryon baggage is allowed.

Respected sir/madam

On 24-2-2019 I traveled to Bhavnagar from Surat by Ventura AirConnect, my ticket was booked by Mira Dungarani n I had soft copy of my identity n i also had hard copy but in that the surname is Patel so airport security didn’t allow me to go. So I purchased new ticket with the surname “Patel “
at that time but one person with the same issue without buying a new ticket entered in airport.so my problem was that why Ventura AirConnect Did the “ COSTMER PARCIALITY” .when I called customer care of Ventura AirConnect he told me that the amount of that person will be cut from Ventura’s bulk accounts. So why that person didn’t pay n I had to pay with the same issue?? Please look into this matter n try to justify me.
