Exchange problem

Before some days I bought van Hussain brand pant from Nashik city center mall.
When I gave that pant for alterations At that time some oil stains fell on the pant from them. I showed them that the pant is bad.

They told me that you can wash the pant, but I do not understand one thing. If I bought the pant 5 minutes ago and the stain fell on them while repairing, how can they tell me to wash the pant and use it? Had paid so I had no choice.

They made me buy another brand of Pant, in which I had to pay extra money to buy Pant, but I lost a lot.
So I had very worst experience from that store & also from brand.
If you can't handle a customer's problem and solve their problem, close your shop

Bad Experience

Similar experience here, I paid 2458 on 18-09-20121 to buy 2 shirts online, the amount is deducted from my account but no order reference or response from Van Heusen
Even after writing to customer care and happytohelp.
They are not available on phone - either the online site is a fraud or ???
Aditya Birla group cant be so careless.
