Airconditioner LLOYOD
At Hyderabad chinthalkunta Branch, I purchased LLOYD airconditioner and gas leakage started after 10 days gap and repair done 2 times and they promoised to replace and till date not taken the matter in 1st June 2026 - the entire summer period gone without AC and the entire management of viaysales company does mismanagement totally and no control over it and ultimatley customer roaming around the shop and they are freehand to do all such acts against customer on sale of goods and earlier I booked for Godrej company but after repeated pressure for delivery they deliveried different product say 'LLOYD' after taking around Rs6000 and now I do not know next what act they move against us before replacement -whether the top managment will solve all such issues in future to protect the customer base in future or leave the base platform without any ethics by Advance booking money and delivering the defective products

I HAD PURCHASED 1.5 TON SPLIT AC FROM VIJAY SALES OUTLET AT SECTOR 7 DWARKA NEW DELHI ON 25/5/2024
I WAS TOLD THAT THE MANUFACTURING WILL BE BETWEEN DEC 23 TO MARCH 24 .BUT I WAS GIVEN OUTDOOR UNIT MANUFACTURED IN APRIL 20424 AND INDOOR UNIT IN APRIL 2023 . EVEN ON REPEATED REQUESTS TO SALES TEAM ( INCLUDING TEAM MANAGER MR.SURYA PRAKASH )MY INDOOR UNIT WAS NOT CHANGED.THSI SHOWS TEH CARELESS ATTITUDE OF SALES TEAM ONCE THE BILLING AND PAYMENT IS DONE.
