We bought a top in which its mrp was printed ₹300 and a number of 3 digit was written with a blue ink pen which is '150'. When we went to return the top they said that it's a discounted top so we can't exchange the top. We had no clue that the top was discounted cause even with that number written 150 with a pen there was no ruppee(₹) sign and where the top was placed on the board the offer price was written ₹100..So if the offer price was ₹100 how did we even got the top at ₹150.The assistant manager was very rude and did not took accountability for his mistake that the mall was not organised properly.No right price written on the stuffs. The mall was totally messed up every where the price tags were different like different on board,tag and then written with a blue pen. All the staffs behaved so rude and did not accept their mistake so my mother left the top at the mall with anger the staff caused. My mother was a regular customer we shopped for more then 20k till date. Please take strict actions for the assistant manager over there.
