Non delivery of parcel
I was about to recieve my parcel on 2nd but despite reaching the head office in dehradun, still not delivered. nobody is picking up the call. I don't understand that why they don't deliver the parcel on time. It can be urgent to someone
My parcel contains patient related material. They unnecessarily keep the parcel for days.
Few days back also I suffered the same problem
Not delivering paid order
I ordered dress paid already to supplier n dress was at branch before three days but no one delivered my order n given number on site are wrong n one number comes all the time busy
Non delivery of PAN Card
My PAN Card dispatched by NSDL on 10th of October, 2020 but it is still awaited even after 10 days have elapsed. Very poor service. No status of consignment can be checked as website is not working.
Delivery of parcel
I booked A parcel on 24/10/19 from Dehradun for noida, give premium charges to get it delivered next day, but you failed to do so, none of phone no is giving any response. Complaint option on website is showing permanent error.. Worst service.. Don't rely on them
