I write this to aware all the consumer that beware of fraud of this Jal Kal, For selected customer they send 3 times more bill amount, and when you will go for payment and correction in their office, then they will reduce your bill with actual amount and demand for suvidha sulk of some money.
i am trying to correct my bill from last ten years, but these corrupt junk of public money is not capable to generate my correct bill.
I have bill a slogan on my home about their white scam, let me check when i will be able to correct my bill amount.

लेकिन हमारे यहां जीस कर्मचारी को पानी देने के लिए रखा गया है
ओ अपनी मर्जी के हिसाब से देता है
कभी कभी 10 mint देता है
कभी कभी देता ही नही है
जिस कारण हम गांव वासी को बहोत सारी दिक्कत का सामना करना पढ़ता है
आपसे निवेदन है की हमारे गांव में जल्द ही एक स्थाई कर्मचारी की पोस्टिंग करे
आपकी महान किर्पा होगी

In our street next to rbi colony back side the pipeline is destroyed and so is the road.there was construction going on and it has just been left as it is. We expect you to take immediate action against this unfairness. 2 animals have fell in the road pit and unfortunately died. I cannot stand and see all these deaths and please in the name of god take action against this consyruction and pipeline destruction

Its been a week since the water supply in my area is cut off cause of some repair work going on at the source (Tube Well). I went to the tube well three days ago and they had told me that the repairs will be done by tomorrow morning but to this day the supply is not yet resumed. We are managing this problem from the help of few houses that have borewell at their home and are kind enough to help us to and provide water to meet our daily needs. Local Resident are really unhappy with this situation and most of the families are going to raise a Class Action Complaint against the Kannauj Municipal Council on Consumer Forum. Cause this is not a problem that has happened for the first time. Theirs been a record of this same kind of incident happening in the period of 3-4 months in the span of last 2 years. that cause of old or low quality equipment water supply is cut off and it took more than 10 days to fix that problem.
These kind of incident are forcing the local (40-50 Resident) to Move to Bore Well system so that they don't suffer from these problems and if all local have shifted to borewell then say sayonara to water saving and sustainability all thanks to the current organization and Govt. who responsible for this kind of situation and failure to the society and their own nation and nature.

I am living in sector 2A vrindavan yojna colony raiebarelly road lucknow, 226029.From many days i am seeing in my neighborhood that they are wasting clean water by not butting water breaker in therir water tank which is kept on theri 1 floor when water fills up the tank it flows out of the tank but they are not using the stopper and due to this so much if water goes waste every day. In our country there are many places where people are not geeting water to drink beside them many people like these wasting water. So i want u to please take action on them because I have tried my best to understand them but they always fight with me on this and says that let the water flow it's not your property.

It is rather strange that the water bill is not delivered to me till date & I only learn about the bill while checking on line yesterday(29-5-22)!
It is most unjustified that without sending the bill or transmitting through SMS,the valued customer is deprived of the legitimate discount!

I am residing at Sadatganj, Bawli Bazar, opposite S V.P. Inter college, Lucknow U.P.- 226003.

As you know that Water is Life and Our Government is also trying hard to arrange clean water.

But We are in get trouble these days as We are unable to get clean water since last 1 Year in our locality. but these days situation is worst.We are getting gutter water which is dark yellow and brownish in colur, full of dirty and pungent smell no body can bath, drink or even ready to touch this water, even filters are failed to clean.

It may harm us badly with great side effect we have a small kids and old parents at our home please come and cross check my concern and resolve the issue ad soon as possible.As we don't have any other water Source.
