Pathetic service by UTL

@UTLsolar Very disappointed after purchasing an inverter from UTL. It's not working, and despite logging a complaint (276UPE250620774), no engineer has visited till now. I installed this to ensure my office work isn’t impacted, but with such poor service. disappointed with UTL and recommend not to purchase any product with this organisation or brand....

Non Response from UTL regarding complaint in solar Invertor

I have purchsed the solar Invertor 5 KVA from dealer of UTL Solar. The complaint was logged about 2 weeks back The complaint number is 276UP2307103xx & the sl. number of Invertor is APPX08ADW05KD0064xx. Since then we are continuously trying the number but they are not responding. I HOPE UTL thinks that they have huge customer base and all will be buying only UTL Products. But since they do not have any service backup, I don't think the company will run for another year. I WILL RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY UTL PRODUCTS.
