Service issue

I bought New purifier 3 months ago. I called several times for the service. But there is no response from their end. Very poor service.

Poor Service

Poor Service? Their service is exactly what a service should not be, even state government offices have better service standard.
My interaction with their helpline number went like this:

Me : My Water purifier is not working
Agent: did you buy it from a shop or online?
Me: I don't remember I bought it long ago
Agent : if you bought it from a shop please call the shop
Me: if not then what?
Agent: then find the nearest shop and call them

This is the information given by a paid service agent to a customer who has bought a paid AMC. I am sure they can stop wasting money on helpline agents and just have a recorded message playing on line that contact your nearest shop and if there is none then contact god for miracles.

Worst service and worst response

Despite of several calls service has not been provided.this is the worst service and product.employees are just making fool of people.company is just to make fool.

Installation of new water purifier.

I purchase water purifier of your company on 8 April 2020 from csd Karad in Maharashtra. Installation of water Purifier is necessary. I am calling so many times to your customer care center but number is not reachable .no your representative is coming to my home or no installation of water purifier till. Please send your representative to my home and give service.

POOR Service

I lodged complaints on 17 Oct 19 about Usja RO red light and green light both are off and working since last four days. But after a gap of three days no technician has reported me or call me till to-date.

About service

The worst case scenario I've seen so far is given to me.....l call regularly from last 4 days to the service center of ARO but still they not came to install the rao in my house

Dealy installation of my Usha RO

It's very peculiar experience for me that after a 96 hrs of request my RO installation, but it's not yet done. My request is that if it's like that than we the customer failed to continue with support the product

water purifier

I am having usha brita water purifier , i want to exchange this purifier ,,and buy a new one .But want to know how much will i get for earlier one ?

Complaint almost fortnight old :(. Not resolved till date.

I purchased RO purifier few months back and since then was not liking the taste, but the installation guy assured that overtime it will taste fine. But the taste did not improve and infact worsened and now I could see white particles in the filtered water.

Have placed complaint since 12thNov,2018 and since then it has become a BIGGG Headache. Initial commitment was to get the issue fixed in 48 working hours, but post that almost everyday I call them to know the status BUT in response I only get this 'Please wait it will be done today, OR we have escalated the issue'

Repeatedly I have asked them to give me the contact number of the technician OR some senior so that I can directly contact him but the customer care is of hardly any help. They say 'When senior is at office we will call you back BUT they never revert.'
They are not cooperating in any way to get my issue fix.

It was worst decision to buy this purifier. My suggestion : Always look for how is the 'after sales service of a product' before buying.
Better buy Kent instead. Usha RO purifier service is very disheartening. Will never recommend this to anyone.

I was purchase this RO on Date 16/04/2018 and from last 5 day's its not work properly ie water is not purifing. only red light blinking shown when start, green light not shown after electricity connection. I was complain that on 09/08/2018 evening. My complain no is 78011, this is very bad experience for me that till date no one visit for resolve this issue. I was call your customer care so many times but till date nobody resolve this.
Please look into the matter at the earliest.

RO Optima

Hi Team,

I have taken the RO Optima last year. I have changed the product twice and repaired 10-12 times in a year, to say frankly i have used roughly 2 months rest in repair stage nor replacement stage. Service is worst(Eg: they will come to repair the product but on the same the day it will spoil, again we have to wait another month) and product is ok, i won't said excellent.

I have talked to customer care, manager/Asst. Manager as well. Now Manager is not lifting call, if they lift simply say "Sir, please wait for an hour. I'll call you back", but i haven't received any call. This is how they are giving the respond to customers(but they will say customer is god).

I won't say this is bad experience, this is lost the hope on whole USHA products.

Congratulations guys, please go ahead what you are doing.

I was call your customer care so many times but till date nobody resolve this.
