Pest control done horrible service

Booked pest control service on 4 th sept and mr bhushan came for pest control service and also revisited after 12 days and did treatment but to no respite . Kitchen stil has fleet of cockroaches. Bad service please look into it and get it redone

Cheating on warranty

Got regular maintenance and changed cartridges of my Kent RO a few minutes ago. The technician mentioned that the original equipment replaced, carry a 1 year warranty. However, he has mentioned in the invoice, that the warranty is until October'23....just 3 months!! This may please be resolved urgently.

Urban Company Poor Service

Hello UC Team.

On May 5th, we booked your AC service and a guy named Mohd. Zaid Khan was assigned to our service. He visited and inspected the AC, he told us there were a few issues and mentioned the higher charges, so we said no, we would get it done from somewhere else, and he billed us his visiting charges, which we paid him.

After some time, he came back to our office and said that as he has good knowledge about the AC service so he will do it privately out of UC time or working hours with a lesser amount than what he mentioned when he visited via UC. He inspected the AC again and said there was a leakage of gas and also, one of the parts was not working and so that needs to be replaced with the new part. Also, the gas, he said, was over, so he quoted us Rs. 4250 in all, and we agreed. The next day he got another guy with him and fixed the AC, and it was working ok that time. The AC was used for just a week, and thereafter our boss, whose cabin AC was fixed, was leaving for abroad, and he came just 2 days back only, and the AC is not working at all. We contacted Zaid, and he visited us again, but he said that if he has to fix it again, then he will be charging again, which is not acceptable at all. Why should we pay for it when it was just used for a week after it got fixed?

We request you to please take the necessary actions against the guy Modh. Zaid Khan, as he might have been doing this with your other clients as well.

Is UC not a Cheating Company ?

Based on my first ever experience, I get the feeling that UC is not an honest company. I booked a 'wrong service' for my full house cleaning, which was cancelled after talking to UC (through assigned person) and getting assurance from UC that no cancellation charges would be applicable my case and I shall get full refund. This has not happened. UC website doesn't permit me to enter as to 'why my cancellation charges are unfair'. It doesn't seem possible to talk to UC on phone.
UC has eaten my Rs.999/-. I am feeling cheated. Very very bad UC

Fridge Gas filling

Compaint about poor quality of service and unprofessional behavi

I live in New Jersey USA but have a flat in Bhopal 401 A / Neelgiri apartment, blue sky high rise bawadia Kala Bhopal india. Every time I visit Bhopal gets the flat cleaned by urban company and has had positive experience. I did the same in this February too while I was visiting Bhopal MP (india)

The experience was horrible. First the guys was expected to reach at 1 O clock and did reach at 5 , the workers were very unprofessional and pretty unhygienic themselves. They did such a bad job that I had stayed in hotel for few days. They were unprofessional in terms of ;
- on coming they said your house is furnishes and not vacant so we need additional money and will take it in cash, so I paid them Rs 1500 in cash besides due amount having been paid online
- they did ultra shabby job (see pics enclosed)
- they promised to come back and gave me time but did not show up and told they will arrive after 3 hours. Still did not show up, rather stopped taking my calls.

The employee who came for services was Dharmendra and the guy who was attending calls at urban company was Kishori lal. I demand some action be taken against them immediately.

I am a doctor and on my recommendaion multiple of my friends who have their hospitals in Bhopal have started using urban company, I will need to share my bad expereince with them if no immediate corrective action is taken.

I had been an invited for Pravasi Bhartiya Diwas (NRI day) and state guest to govetnment of india , I do not like when poor quality work by franchisee gives my country bad reputation.

If you update me on actions taken I will appreciate, otherwise will need to escalate my complainy further.
