Fraudulent website
This is a fraudulent website. I called customer care number shown on this website and those people asked me to transfer 10 rs from my account to book a visit. The person asked me to share my screen through WhatsApp call and asked me to open gpay app to transfer money. He also asked me to click on show account balance. I got a doubt and I cut his call. Afterwards he called me many times, snet me afaje message from a personal mobile number to show that entire account balance is transferred and he was pretending to refund it back. I immediately went to bank and cross checked the money was intact. These people are taking chances to cheat the people as urban company doesn't respond.
Urban company should take a note of this.

M new Ro buy kiya tha next day installation k liye bola tha installation team n next day muje call Kiya tha but kisi reason se m us time pr uska call receive nhi kar paya but maine usko revert call Kiya but ab bol rha h ki installation nhi krunga tum mere complaint kr dena jo Krna h kr lo. Not expected from Urban Company
I have booked a multi day pack for instahelp and they cancelled the booking for today morning 8:15 AM at 9:30 PM yesterday , i got a whatsapp that another professional will be assigned but no one was assigned , i cant even see a multi day booking now, trusting urban company i have stopped taking services from the regular maids i depend on urban company for that , There is no contact number to talk to any human and the AI assistant is not up to the mark gives repeated information and doesn't solve any problems.

Same here. Booked insta help multipack and at the last minute they cancelled the booking. No way to talk to customer care or anybody. It's pure service deficiency. I am going to raise a complaint with consumer court.

A/c technician has collected Rs.4500/- from my wife in cash under the pretext of Net. not working for which he has not given any receipt.His name is Mohmad Adnan. Have to think about future dealing. Not fair to like this to Senior Citizen. Invoice No:UCIC260001336711 DATED 11/4/2026 at Mumbai.

ON 6TH OCT I BOOKE FOR CLEANING OF TWO BATHROOMS AND THEREE CEILING FANS ON 7TH OCT.
THE LEANING PROFWSSONAL CALED ME AROUND 11 AM.
I WAS OUT SIDE AND MY WIFE HAD SHAOWN THE LOACATIONS TO BE CLEANED WITH A REQUSET TO DO NEAT JOB
THE PERSON HAD SAID THAT AFTER SEEING THE LOACTIONS THAT HE CANNOT DO CLEANING WORK.
I DID NOT KNOW THE REASON. OF COURCE NOW I CANCELLED THE ORDER AND REFUND HAS BEEN INITIATED. THE PERSON DID NOT INFORM ME ALSO THE REASON FOR DROPPING THE WORK.

I had booked pest control at 12 pm today. At 1215 I receive a message that I have cancelled and cancelation of Rs 200 levied in a shameless manner.
My day has been wasted waiting for the job and I am not able to contact anyone. Someone comes in the chat mode who had no clue about the issue of the customer.

Dear Urban Company,
I am absolutely OUTRAGED by the disgusting and fraudulent "service" I received yesterday. I had booked kitchen and bathroom cleaning through a contact provided by a friend, who assured us the booking was made through the Urban Company app. What we experienced was nothing short of a SCAM, and I now seriously question whether these con artists even work for you. They showed up in your branded T-shirts, but after this nightmare, I wouldn’t be surprised if they stole those too!
The so-called leader of this group, *Ravi Gautam* ( ), had the nerve to tell us we didn’t need to book through the app and could just deal with them directly. How stupid of us to trust anyone wearing UC branding! These lowlifes barely touched the kitchen—most drawers were left dirty after countless reminders—and the bathroom? STILL COVERED IN STAINS! This was a complete and utter joke.
I am demanding you take immediate action to TRACK DOWN this scam artist and his team of 5. If *Ravi Gautam* is an actual Urban Company employee, I expect him to be FIRED ON THE SPOT. You better believe I will NOT be letting this go. You need to get to the bottom of this and make sure these people never scam anyone again.
I also demand a FULL REFUND for this disgrace of a service. This is not just incompetence, this is outright theft. If I don't hear back from you with a resolution immediately, I will make sure this goes public and gets escalated to the highest possible level.

Booked a carpenter for 5 pm. He calls and says that he cannot work after 5 pm. He calls again and reschedule at 2.30 pm. He calls and asked for address. He calls again and in improper anguage tells me that I should give correct address and that he is a busy man. I offer to send the location and he again belittles me. I said I will complain to UC and he ridiculous me and said that he does not care about UC. How can UC engage such rowdy person who cannot be allowed to enter our homes. Be careful with UC

Complaint not resolved and taken the money
I have called them to repair my Bosch washing, after repair, fail to fix the problem during their 4-5 times visits, and I told Urban to refund my Rs. 12000/- In reply it was told me, that we can not refund the money but you can get it repaired from the Bosch company. Urban will pay expenses thereof.
I have given them the Bosch company estimate, but after that, they are not replying to me and kept mum.
Pest control done horrible service
Booked pest control service on 4 th sept and mr bhushan came for pest control service and also revisited after 12 days and did treatment but to no respite . Kitchen stil has fleet of cockroaches. Bad service please look into it and get it redone
Cheating on warranty
Got regular maintenance and changed cartridges of my Kent RO a few minutes ago. The technician mentioned that the original equipment replaced, carry a 1 year warranty. However, he has mentioned in the invoice, that the warranty is until October'23....just 3 months!! This may please be resolved urgently.
Urban Company Poor Service
Hello UC Team.
On May 5th, we booked your AC service and a guy named Mohd. Zaid Khan was assigned to our service. He visited and inspected the AC, he told us there were a few issues and mentioned the higher charges, so we said no, we would get it done from somewhere else, and he billed us his visiting charges, which we paid him.
After some time, he came back to our office and said that as he has good knowledge about the AC service so he will do it privately out of UC time or working hours with a lesser amount than what he mentioned when he visited via UC. He inspected the AC again and said there was a leakage of gas and also, one of the parts was not working and so that needs to be replaced with the new part. Also, the gas, he said, was over, so he quoted us Rs. 4250 in all, and we agreed. The next day he got another guy with him and fixed the AC, and it was working ok that time. The AC was used for just a week, and thereafter our boss, whose cabin AC was fixed, was leaving for abroad, and he came just 2 days back only, and the AC is not working at all. We contacted Zaid, and he visited us again, but he said that if he has to fix it again, then he will be charging again, which is not acceptable at all. Why should we pay for it when it was just used for a week after it got fixed?
We request you to please take the necessary actions against the guy Modh. Zaid Khan, as he might have been doing this with your other clients as well.
Is UC not a Cheating Company ?
Based on my first ever experience, I get the feeling that UC is not an honest company. I booked a 'wrong service' for my full house cleaning, which was cancelled after talking to UC (through assigned person) and getting assurance from UC that no cancellation charges would be applicable my case and I shall get full refund. This has not happened. UC website doesn't permit me to enter as to 'why my cancellation charges are unfair'. It doesn't seem possible to talk to UC on phone.
UC has eaten my Rs.999/-. I am feeling cheated. Very very bad UC

I booked an appointment for 10 jun 2026 for washroom cleaning they received the payment then the appointment was cancelled and reschedule for 13 jun 2026 by urban clab it self without asking.When I cancelled the appointment they charging 200 rs cancellation fees.

Very worst service in my life.i have booking 10am slot for ac service. No matter what you book in your urban company, the service is always not given correctly, now I'm facing some problem.

I booked a service regarding the bathroom cleaning service but the service is automatically cancelled without my permission and its charged unfair fees of rs 200 please refund my amount I didn't cancelled it and the assigned professional didn't arrived on time and how dare he cancelled the service

I live in New Jersey USA but have a flat in Bhopal 401 A / Neelgiri apartment, blue sky high rise bawadia Kala Bhopal india. Every time I visit Bhopal gets the flat cleaned by urban company and has had positive experience. I did the same in this February too while I was visiting Bhopal MP (india)
The experience was horrible. First the guys was expected to reach at 1 O clock and did reach at 5 , the workers were very unprofessional and pretty unhygienic themselves. They did such a bad job that I had stayed in hotel for few days. They were unprofessional in terms of ;
- on coming they said your house is furnishes and not vacant so we need additional money and will take it in cash, so I paid them Rs 1500 in cash besides due amount having been paid online
- they did ultra shabby job (see pics enclosed)
- they promised to come back and gave me time but did not show up and told they will arrive after 3 hours. Still did not show up, rather stopped taking my calls.
The employee who came for services was Dharmendra and the guy who was attending calls at urban company was Kishori lal. I demand some action be taken against them immediately.
I am a doctor and on my recommendaion multiple of my friends who have their hospitals in Bhopal have started using urban company, I will need to share my bad expereince with them if no immediate corrective action is taken.
I had been an invited for Pravasi Bhartiya Diwas (NRI day) and state guest to govetnment of india , I do not like when poor quality work by franchisee gives my country bad reputation.
If you update me on actions taken I will appreciate, otherwise will need to escalate my complainy further.
