Missing my refund amount

I'm facing the same issue. My bank account got debited twice and the course was never added.
They don't have a contact number which makes it even more difficult to access their suport team.

Missing course but amount debited.

I too had same issue. My bank account was debited for course fee . During payment process some pop up occurred stating payment to times of money. But couldn't find my course. ....
