New tire burst problem

Hi Team,

I want to tell you that I bought this bike (TVS Apache RTR 4V) on 23 March 2022, which is about 19 months old, But within 19 months, its tires have burst badly, due to which we are facing a lot of trouble.

TVS TUBE NOT REPLACEMENT FOR GENUINE REASON UNDER

Purchased TVS TYRE TUBE from authorised tvs dealer dt. 04/07/2020.
But problem arising tvs tuve valve sil is open and tube is not keep air inside. I was go to ride on highway first yvs tube valve sil open and my bike speed is approx 60 km so i immediately not stop or control the bike. Due to tube sil open and after tube valve broken. Please look in to matter and genuine reason.
First tube sil open and after 10 to 20 mtrs. Bike run due to 60 km speed and after tube valve broken.
I complaint customer care person Mr. Pragnesh Mobile No. 7. Mr. Pragnesh not agree with my genuine reason

I purchased a Honda activa from reagent honda Faridabad on 2.3.2020. I run the vehicle Just 1200kms. The rear tyre got swallow. I got a replacement latter from Reagent Honda but none of your dealership is ready to replace the tyer.
