Replace of non functioning true power battery
Dear sir,
I purchased a Tue power battery in May 2018 .After eight months it showed back up problem and didn't get charged.After my complaint Your authorized mechanic came and tried to restore it's Woking condition but again it was not get charged.Inspite of my frequent requests to the same mechanic and authorized dealer named Tanushree battery & sales at Balesore,odisha,they used to harass me up to Nov.2019.Further I complained to customer care through toll free number.At last for the second time the mechanic came and prepared a certificate of report for replacement due to non function of battery within guarantee period.The battery was returned to the dealer during Nov.2019 but yet to get the new one till today due to non availability of stocks,they replied.
Please help me soon in this regard.
