Treat like a beggar.

Last one month we are staying different different treebo in vigaz..last treebo hotel is treebo trends celeste and treebo trend mv benquet.. there service was good and all stuffing behaviour also very helpful and good.last two day we are staying in treebo hotel green tree..I wants to know 1st qs..why this treebo not provide any normal water for his guest..if we are asking for water they directly refuse ,and if u wants water then you have to pay for per bottle..we are staying 6 people so if we purchase water then if we staying 1 months then 18k we need to pay..but last two treebo was provide normal water...and coming in main courses.. hotel was not allowed any out side food.its very good.but most of person are vegetarian so when we order veg product ,they will say it's not available..so they are not provide out side food and also not available veg product..so,what will do vegetarian.last night we order six pic wings chicken price _200/- but at night they provide 4pic wings.when we asking they told me it's printing mistake in manu card..lol..this is 1st time we face lots of challenges in treebo restaurant.. which type of service this is.they treat like we are beggar.

Refund against cancellation

I had mage a booking for Amritsar Savera Park.
i paid thru Card - Received Treebo message payment NOT success
SO i paid again thru Card second time.
Meanwhile Bank intimates Payment Success for both.
but Treebo is showing cancellations for both
BUT TAKING PAYMENT TWICE - Although One months No Refund for ONE
booking yet - Customer care number is NOT HELPFUL.
Only when a real person comes on line, we can explain our problem.
VERY DISAPPOINTING TREEBO - YOU MUST MAKE CUSTOMER CONTACT REAL AND LIVE.

RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Firstly, I got a cancellation message on payment when the payment was already done and my money deducted from my card. Next, the customer support line is useless and not helpful at all. The WhatsApp message system is also of no use. Despite of showing SMS proof of payment made, the same automated response of non-payment being sent again and again. This was my first TREEBO experience and definitely the last. I just need my MONEY REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY.

Have not received refund

I have cancelled my booking at 16/12/2019 and yet not received any refund even after 2 months from cancellation. Hence, please look out into this matter and provide me immediate support to resolve the problem.

PROBLEM IN TREEBO HOTEL BOOKING AT AGRA

I booked two rooms in hotel Taj Paradise Agra for 21st November. I paid Rs 982 to confirm the booking. But on reaching the hotel the manager informed that there is no booking as Treebo has not informed them. I contacted Treebo immediately but no response. Two mails were also sent but todate my advance money has not been refunded. THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING BY TREEBO.

Hi team
I booked a hotel from treebo app for which i paid online however after some time I checked my app & my booking was showing cancelled & money was already deducted i had a word with 5-6 agents over the call & they suppose to send me a mail so i can send you back that mail with a screenshot showing you they proof that money is deducted . It has been 12 hours & i have not received any mail from your end so please look into at & get this resolved
