Non availibility of service

I had purchased two Trane ACs with great enthusiasm however from day one I have been facing problem about servicing. There appears to be no service centre in Lucknow. I had approached the service head on the number given on the website who gave the number of a service centre however he too does not respond. Request please resolve my issue of service in lucknow

Gas leaking in just two and half year

I bought Trane Ac just 2.5 years back and when I raised compalain with your dealer,I got update that it has no gas. How can this happen in just 2.5 years of minimum usage. I am being asked 3.5 k for refilling, could you please take this as severe complain and resolve it.

Remote not working , no service center in Visakhapatnam

Sir,
We have purchased 3 split ac 2 yrs back and now ac remotes are not working and it seems that AC are not syncing with remotes
And we r not finding any service in Visakhapatnam
Kindly see that some one are there to rectify our problem as we cannot on ac without remotes

Remote is not working properly

Good morning
Iam having the trane split ac with the model number is TSY18DW3BSFC3.AA27CC/2015...The issue is the ac remote is locked it is not opening....i need a solution if you replace the remote with a new one or else can you repair the old one...in kadapa ,andhra pradesh we aren’t having the service centres....so if you have any service centers which is near to kadapa location... mail the address...if not if Hyderabad is available no problem send me the address

Split ac not working properly

Dear sir,

My trane split ac its automatically shetter closeing within 15 minits and it showing green and red light bliking on the screen in remote it showing error2
out door unit error. Trane ac technician came and he filled the gas also and he seviced the ac, he changed capacitor and sencer also.still same problem, now not getting cooling also.
What the solution for this

I bought seven AC’s way back back in 2007.

Non-functioning of Remote control device :Split AC

Dear Sir/Madam,

We want either some technician to visit and repair the faulty Remote device, or replace with a new one. Cost will be borne by us for a new Remote device.

The AC system was purchased from Varindra’s Cool Planet, H-959, Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi, on 28/March/2016, invoiced against RAHUL BARMAN ROY,( cell # xxxxxx2015).

Request you to arrange for the repair/or replacement of the Remote devise(on cost basis).
