Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary for products depending upon the process involved in the making. Each designer,
craftsman and artisan's process is unique, shipping times may vary. 

• Most items in stock are shipped within 1 business day of receiving the order.You can expect these
  to be delivered within 3-5 business days.
• In major metro cities can take anywhere between 6-12 days for other locations, once you receive
  an order confirmation.
• Logistics partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through
  Saturday: 9am to 7pm working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. 

Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel your order you could contact within 24 hours of confirming the order.
