Complain against titan eye plus Chapra branch

लगभग 20 दिनों से ज्यादा हो गया है मैंने एक चश्मा इस शॉप से खरीदा था, परंतु इसके फ्रेम पर से पेंट उखड़ गया था जिसके लिए मैं दो से तीन बार शॉप पर जा चुका हूं परंतु अभी तक मेरा फ्रेम ठीक करके या बदला कर नही दिया गया है गारंटी अवधि में होने के बावजूद, तीन दिन से बोला जा रहा है मैकेनिक नहीं है।
मैं पंद्रह दिनों से बिना चश्मा के रह रहा हूं
क्या ये सही है।
