Dear All, Never make the mistake of buying a subscription from Times of India, that too when you are in a book fair and there is an attractive offer. My experience is that they take the money and go silent. If you keep on writing to them, they may send you the coupon with a newspaper vendor whom you do not know, or who es not know you and cannot be contacted at all. Then again the next cycle of complaints will start...the CRM is utterly useless or that is how they have designed. Beware, never pay to Times of India just because you get a good offer. It can be your worst deal.

We have subscribed for the news paper for 1 year and paper is not delivered.

While we ask for the status to the delivery person, we were told TOI have given address and advised them to deliver only to those address and we were not delivered with paper for last one week

We don't understand the reason for disconnecting while the news paper is subscribed for 1 year, which is not even 6 months before.

Need the reason for disconnecting the subscription and to start the delivery with immediate effect.

I have been sending continuous mails. However, there seems to be no improvement / response on the part of the TOI.

What is the next step to be taken from your end if there is lack of response on the part of the TOI
What is the penalty for the vendor for such irregularities?
How is the subscriber compensated for non delivery of complimentary on after paying full subscription?
I had tried multiple times to CRM team and they are received the call and put Into desk and not speaking with customers.

And there is no follow-up on the email and no response from the TOI.

Is there any other way to approach TOI.

kindly update the phone details in the website. Madurai phone numbers are dead. customer service is very poor nowadays in Tamilnadu region especially madurai.the speed for adding new subscribtion not in solving the customer issues.not receiving paper for the past 2 weeks. no one is seem to be accountable or responsible.

Few days back (26/06/2021)I took my 1 year subscription for time of india, in Chennai India. But till now 8/07/2021 I didn't receive any paper or a call from the company.
I tried contacting the concerned depts in Chennai, but the line was always busy .

I took my subscription through newskart.com & I have send them mails too, but I am not able to get any reply from them too.
