No Itinerary Received on Hotel booking

Hey,

Yesterday I booked a room in Hotel Mount Regency, Mount Abu for check in date 29 Aug 21 to 1 Sep 21 from thrillophilia website but I didn't received any itinerary yet.

Nor there was any confirmation from the hotel.

Please assist me in this regard.

Booking confirmation not received and no tour details sent

I have booked a travel for 11th Aug Manali to Leh bike trip and once the payment is all done, neither Bhupendra not Tarun is even picking up my calls any more. There is no booking voucher sent to me and I have only 4 more days. I have booked my flights and all arrangements done from my side and now I am not sure what should I do. Not too sure if I lost my money and planned leaves and all arrangements or should I still hope to receive any confirmation in next 2-3 days? There is no toll free global number I could find and there is no way to register a complain or talk to anyone. This is very unprofessional of Thrillopia. Be careful in booking your tours through this tour operator.
