Display stopped working. Made a complaint for replacement. They gave only complaint number since 2 weeks no response. Saying no part available. How is this possible? It was a newly launched qled tv not a old discontinued model

Guys please don't buy any Thomson Products the service is Very Disgusting and no in time proper response, if there is they cannot give the proper service then what is the use of we buying the products

I purchased b9 pro 32inch tv 1 year 6 months ago and today display is off after complaint to consumer care they mail me to deposit 450₹ I make payment online on 30 July and iam still waiting for technician and they are saying after payment confirmation from accounts team we will send technician iam still waiting for reply very poor service and customer care number not contacted and they are not reply on mail this company is cheater company.

YouTube isn't working properly.so please rectify the problem.

Picture is not appearing on screen. It means screen is not working since text/menu/instructions are not appearing. Pl. do needful and resolve the issue of displaying screen of TV. I have already mailed yesterday with enclosing invoice. Pl. Do needful at the earliest.

I've raised a ticket with Thomson service. However there's not much prompt response on fixing the issue. When I raised for the first time they took their own time(close to a month) to fix the issue. Ticket: 9818984. Not sure what they Did, but it was only a temporary solution, issue is reappearing again in less than 4-5 days. Customer care number doesn't seem to be working, it gets automatically dropped after a few seconds. Can somebody escalate this?

Tv colour and sounds systems are good

My name is Andrew Gomes from Yercaud, Salem - 636602. Have purchased a Thomson B9Pro (Model - 40M4099/40M4099 PRO / Serial no - TH40M4099S181128286) from Flipkart on 21Jan. During installation itself there was an issue with the sound in HDMI ports. The technician had told that the issue was with the HDMI cable & that if its rrplaced it will be fine. But was shocked today that even afyer replacing with the HDMI cable and set top box the sound is still an issue. All 3 ports are the same, video is good but there is no Audio. Request you to either replace the TV or have the issue rectified ASAP.
