If you cannot log in / not receiving OTP

Check your mobile number → Wait a few minutes
Check SMS and network → Try the “Didn't get the code?” option

If someone else is using your account

If you can log in
- Open Telegram
- Go to Settings then devices
- Tap Terminate 'All Other Sessions'
If you cannot log in
- Try logging in with your mobile number and OTP
- If you receive the OTP, immediately remove unknown sessions
- If you cannot receive the OTP, contact Telegram Support

If your phone is lost or stolen

Immediately log out of the lost device
- Open Telegram App on your other device
- Go to the Settings
- Select Privacy and Security
- Tap on Active Sessions/Devices
- Select Terminate 'All Other Sessions'

How to delete your Telegram account

Via Telegram Web
- Open Telegram on Web → Go To The Deactivation Page
- Login With your Mobile number → Select 'Delete Account'
- Tap 'Delete My Account'
Via Telegram App
- Open Telegram
- Tap Privacy and Security
- Scroll down to the Delete My Account
