Telegram folder not showing in file manager and Auto Download

When I used the Telegram application in my old phone, it had auto download photos and I could see it in the gallery and also the Telegram application folder in the file manager.
I have been using a new phone since last week but the telegram application is having more trouble. Neither the folder of the Telegram application appears in the file manager nor the auto download photos were made and can be viewed in the gallery.
