Yesterday I deleted telegram because my call feature is not working, and I download again,

In 1st time verification call came , but I didn't recall my password so I do forgot password but my mail which has telegram linked joshijitendra7236 [at] gmail [dot] com was full of mails and other stuff, so password changing mail didn't came, then I make some space for otps,

But after that the verification call rang completely, and call time complete 2 minutes too, but nothing happens,

After that I tried again but verification call didn't came , and telegram says TOO MANY ATTEMPTS PLEASE TRY AGAIN AFTER SOMETIME

And device name :- xiaomi poco c55

Please solve my problem

I was unable to update the app using Google play store. So I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. But I have been unable to login. I keep getting a code has been sent to your sms +234803xxxxxxx.
