i was asked u for phantom9 mobile for make unboxing video on my instagram account because my 200 to 300 frnds is ready to buy this phone after my opinion and my unboxing video and i think its great deal but i dont know why u r not giving any reply. its not good.

i gave my phone to service centre for fixing my broken power button but it was taking 5 6 days so i canceled my order but the service person saying i Will take 1 day to cancel but after 1 day when my brother bring my phone the fingerprint sensor of phone was disabled. there is no option for fingerprint in my setting. now tecno phone become fake fingerprint phone.the most hilarious and embrassing service of india . i"ll always suggest people never buy a tecno phone . wastes of 7000 on tenco phone .really shit*

Worst mobile phone. This company is doing fraud with the customers. I have purchased this phone in 2018 ans still it is in warranty period. When I purchased tecno phone company claimed that if any issue or fault came in a year within a warranty period company will replace phone and provide us new phone. Now when my camera is not working customer service operater is saying I have only one option to update its software or otherwise i will charge 1590/- then they were making excuses that you have opened this once
and screw used in this phone is changed .I have never
opened my phone because I know it was in warranty period if I will opened my phone it will not be able to replace or repair. my phone is still in warranty period. How can you fool customers like this. This is disgusting and shameful. Your customer service is worst.Shame on you!!

I agree with all of you. The service of this company is pathetic. Not only of the Service Center but even the Call Center representatives do not emphatise with the customer. The service Center guy says if the phone reboots when you open a App then its an App problem. The App works perfectly fine on all other mobile phones. The Mobile dealer tried re-installing the OS as well but without any luck. When asked the service center guy he says may be the app is not compatible with the Techno hardware software but then it is third party app you should escalate to the App provider and he cant do any thing about it. When i told him that same app works fine on all other brands he still insists that Techno cannot do anything about it. I wish i should have done my research before buying the Phone. But now will make sure i will start as a drop of water and provide negative publicity on each and every website.

The service of techno is very bad bcoz the serivce person is not good he broked my mobile camera and he is not ready to give my mobile with camera so i had made a complaint to techno but no response
