Complain of uncooperative behaviors of dealing personnel

I purchased tata swach ultima product at 2015 now at 2019 my machine have some problems , I register my complain at the toll free number at 19 August the dealing assistant told me technician would visit you within two days but nobody contact me on schedule date after that 3 times I register my complain they told me the same thing technicians would visit you within two days but nobody contact me. Why they Harassment me again and again I can't understand . I am totally disappointed for purchasing the product

Today we got repaired our Silver RO from Watermart Retail India PVT. LTD.

Technician dint turned up for installation

Dear TATA SWACH,

I have ordered TATA swach from Flipkart on 16 th March it had been delivered. Since 16th March 18 I m asking for installation
The customer care fellow is saying every day that technician will come today but that today has not yet came. Highly disappointed
