I have Tigor XZ CNG 2022 model purchased in Feb 2022. Since last year in the month of April, there was problem occurred in my car that driver side window rubber beading automatically CRAC observed. I think door alignment issue and door manufacturing fault
For the same issue, my car was sent service centre 4 times but problem not resolved.
Regular opening during rectification of my car, it is change 3 time with new one but again observed same issue after 10 days and may happen a big technical,
I am sorry to inform you that problem has not been resolved by your authorization service centre after 3-time replacement but till now no any permanent solution provide by your team side.
he places where I am staying is very difficult to perform day to day activities in absence of my car.
Above said the reason, i am completely loss my hope that problem will be resolved in future.
I am requesting you to please do the needful for me as soon as possible.
