Frequently battery discharge within guarantee period

I purchased a car battery from M/S mahadeva tyre & automobile.manasa.po- manasa.dt-neemuch(M.P.)on DT 21 -09 -18.battery frequently discharge from last 4 month.when raise complain .they recharge n fitted.problem not solve permanently.pl.instruct to replacement the diffective battery.

Our purchased new vehicles are in built for TATA GREEN BATTERIES YUASA YT5A only, that's batteries some are not charging, so we will claim the TATA GREEN BATTERIES DEALER in Madurai Chellam Motors are one of the dealer for TATA GREEN BATTERIES, we will approach them, they said compel us, you will purchase 50 No's of battery we will claim warranty for batteries, already we will purchase them batteries monthly twice for 20 No's, suddenly they stopped battery sales for us, they said reason for battery no stock. So please how to get warranty claim for batteries, our customers are suffered, so please what do to? please kindly make arrange for warranty claim.

Warranty

I purchased a scooter battery 5 amp
Last year Jan 2018 . It's warranty 48 months
the battery not holding charge now .
But I miss original bill of battery.
Without bill it may be attend by dealer regarding its warranty.
