Misleading advertisement and wrong information of Cottage
Recently I had booked Hill View Dream Cottage at Oooty for three days
After reaching the spot we had waste long time for the person who will open the Cottage and after several call the man appeared with a belief that It's a natural
phenomena that a tourist will wait for the landlord
Apart from that he didn't supply any soap,towels,Linens or anything for the visitors
The room is very unhygenic and moreover no arrangements of food at Cottage
Next day we left the Cottage and he didn't agree to supply Receipt copy of our Payment
We understand, this is an unauthorized Cottage where their is no License from Govt
Why T N Govt allowing these type of Cottage in a city like Oooty?
Booking dot com must deleated the advt from their portal where from we are absolute misleading and waste our money
Inhospitality and ill-treatment
Recently i have visited chennai for some medical purpose,we decided to stay in a lodge named Agarwal Mansion in greames road.At morning around 2am of 17-5-19 my mother and sister who both had undergone surgey decided of leaving the hotel in cab which was booked from the hotel itself.The cab was nearly 20 minutes late and when we went and ask the receptionist about the cab he didn't said us anything amd just ignored us and after sometime a car came then in a very rude and rowdy manner as if he was ordering us he told us to go and see the car and come..The receptionist who was a boy asked us to wait and he started to do all the accounting thing althought the bill was cleared the last night.As we were late in hurry we carrying our luggages started moving down to ground floor and i told him that ours everything is clear.The receptionist just shouted and called me to sign the record book and he was telling don't you understand that i have asked you to wait out here i told him that we are getting late and your cab has also come so late and his reply was"that its not there fault its the trasportation guys fault"(is this a way to talk to customers) and when my mother asked him that if we get late and miss our flight would he pay for the loss he replied '
"yes".This was my worst experience in a place like chennai. The reviews against this lodge are all negative not only by me but also by other customers in the
google feedback .I request the authority to take some strict action against them.so that this might not happen with any other tourist.

Kindly take a look at muttukad lake plastic garbage such a disgrace to watch birds and fishes living under such conditions please kindly clean and clear the plastic garbages
