அன்னலட்சுமி என்கிற நான் டாக்டர் ஜி. எஸ். கல்யாணசுந்தரம் மெட்ரிகுலேஷன் மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளி, பெரிய அகர்காரம், பழைய கூடலூர், குத்தாலம், மயிலாடுதுறை மாவட்டம். நான் இந்த பள்ளியில் ஆசிரியராக நான்கு ஆண்டுகள் மற்றும் எட்டு மாதங்கள் மாதம் அதாவது நான்கு ஆண்டுகள் மற்றும் இருநூற்று நாற்பத்தி நான்கு நாட்கள் நாட்கள் பணியாற்றினேன்

நான் உடல்நிலை சரியில்லாத காரணத்தினால் பள்ளியை விட்டு ஜனவரி முப்பது ஒன்று ஆம் தேதி இருபது நான்கு ஆம் வருடம் வேலையை விட்டு ராஜினாமா பண்ணி விட்டேன். ராஜினாமா கடிதமும் மின்னஞ்சல் மூலமாக அனுப்பி உள்ளேன். பள்ளி நிர்வாகமும் என்னோட ராஜினா கடிதத்தை ஏற்றுக் கொண்டார்கள்.

எனக்கு பிறகு வேலையை விட்ட சரவணன் ஐயா, குருமூர்த்தி சார் , பால மீனாட்சி மேம் மற்றும் டிரைவர் கருணாகரன் இந்த நால்வருக்கும் கிராஜுவிட்டி (gratuity) கொடுத்து விட்டார்கள். ஆனால் எனக்கு மட்டும் கொடுக்கவில்லை.

கிராஜுவிட்டிற்காக நான் பள்ளிக்கு பல தடவை நேரிலும், மின்னஞ்சல் மூலமாகவும் கடிதம் அனுப்பி உள்ளேன். அதன் விவரத்தை இத்துடன் அனுப்பி உள்ளேன்.

நான் பள்ளி முதல்வருக்கும், தலைமை நிர்வாக அதிகாரிகும் – (CEO) மின்னஞ்சல் மூலமாக அனுப்பிய தேதி குறிப்புகள்:

ஆனால் அவர்கள் மின்னஞ்சல் மூலம் அனுப்பிய கடிதத்திற்கு எந்தவித பதிலும் கொடுக்கவில்லை. நேரில் சென்று பார்த்த பிறகு "உங்கள் கிராஜுவிட்டியை CEO அவர்களுக்கு அனுப்பி உள்ளோம் வந்துவிடும் என்றும் கூறினார்கள்". ஆனால் நவம்பர் மாதமும், டிசம்பர் மாதமும் இறுதியில் கட்டாயம் வந்து விடும் என்றும் கூறினார்கள்.

இதற்கு இடையில் பள்ளி இருக்கும் பழைய கூடலூர் ஊரை சேர்ந்த சிலர் பள்ளியை வேறு ஒருவருக்கு வித்ததாக கூறுகிறார்கள். வேற ஒரு நிர்வாகத்திற்கு போய்விட்டால் என்னுடைய கிராஜுவிட்டி கிடைக்காது என்று சிலர் கூறுகிறார்கள். என்னால் நேரடியாக போக முடியாத காரணத்தால் நேற்று தொடர்ந்து நான் தொலைபேசியில் அழைத்தேன் யாரும் (Principal Mr Ganesan, Manager Mr.Mohan, coordinator Mrs. Vijayalakshmi, Management staff Mrs. vayola) என்னோட தொலைபேசியை எடுக்கவில்லை. தொடர்ந்து நான் தொலைபேசியில் அழைத்ததால் மேனேஜர் மட்டும் என் அழைப்பை ஏற்று திடீரென்று ஐந்து வருடம் முழுமையாக வேலை செய்யாததால் உங்களுக்கு கிராஜுவெட்டி கிடையாது என்று நேற்று அவர்கள் கூறினார்கள்.

ஆனால் என்னுடன் வேலை செய்த துர்கா டீச்சர் என்னை போல் பள்ளியில் ஐந்து வருடம் குறைவாக வேலை செய்தார்கள் அவர்களுக்கு கிராஜுவெட்டி கொடுத்து உள்ளார்கள். இதற்கான ஆதாரம் என்னிடம் உள்ளது. அதேபோல் எனக்கும் கிராஜுவெட்டி வாங்கித் தருமாறு மிக தாழ்மையுடன் வேண்டிக்கொள்கிறேன்.

கிராஜுவிட்டி ACT ONE NINE SEVEN TWO ஆம் விதிப்படி நாலு வருஷம் இருநூற்று நாற்பது நாட்கள் நாட்களில் வேலை செய்தாலே கிராஜுவெட்டி கொடுக்கலாம் என்று சட்டத்தில் இடம் உள்ளது.

எனக்கும் இதன் அடிப்படையில் கிராஜுவிட்டி வாங்கித் தருமாறு தாழ்மையுடன் வேண்டிக் கொள்கிறேன்.

பள்ளி மற்ற நிர்வாகத்துக்கு போவதற்கு முன்பு எனக்கு இந்த கிராஜுவிட்டியை வாங்கித் தருமாறு மிகக் தாழ்மையுடன் வேண்டிக்கொள்கிறேன். தயவு செய்து எனக்கு உதவி செய்யுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.

நான் சேலம் மாவட்டம் ஆத்தூர் வட்டத்தில் பெத்தநாய்க்கன் பாளையம் ஊரில் உள்ளேன். அமைப்பு சாரா தொழிலாளர் அமைப்பில் கொரானா கால கட்டத்திற்கு முன்பு லோன் வாங்கி இருந்தேன். கொரானா வந்ததால் மற்றும் ஏன் ஏழ்மை நிலை காரணமாக சரி வர வட்டி கட்ட முடியவில்லை.
பிறகு தற்போது அலுவலர்கள் சொன்னார்கள் இப்போது ஒவ்வொரு மாதமும் தொடர்ந்து என்னால் கட்ட முடிந்த பணம் வட்டியாக கட்டி கொண்டிருக்கிறேன் ஆனால் ஒவ்வொரு மாதமும் அலுவலர் வீட்டிற்கே வந்து தொந்தரவு செய்கிறார்கள். இப்படி ஏழ்மை மக்களை தொல்லை கொடுத்து ஆட்சி நடத்துவது தான் மக்களாட்சியா தமிழ் நாடு அரசு அலுவலர்கள் மற்றும் அரசியல்வாதிகள் அனைவரையும் கேட்கிறேன் ஐயா உலக கோடீஸ்வரர்கள் மக்கள் வரி பணத்தை கொள்ளை அடித்து நாடு விட்டு நாடு சென்று விடுகிறார்கள் அவர்களை இந்த அரசியல் சட்டம் மற்றும் நீதி மன்றம் எதுவும் கேட்பதில்லை. கூலி வேளைக்கு செல்லும் மற்றும் ஏழை மக்களை வரி என்ற பெயரில் வாட்டி வதைக்கிறீர்கள் ஏன் இந்த அடக்கு முறை மற்றும் கொடுங்கோன்மை மக்களாட்சி எதற்கு தமிழ் நாட்டில் நடக்க வேண்டும் மற்றும் இந்தியா நாட்டிலும் பாகு பாடின்றி மக்களாட்சி கொடுங்கோன்மை தான் ஆட்சி நடந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறது பாமர மக்கள் வெளிய சொல்ல பயந்து கொண்டு விதி என்று கடந்து செல்வது நிதர்சன உண்மை யாக இருக்கிறது. என்ன கொடுமை சார் இது?

I have worked in a organization for 11 months as a HR .. due to family situation I have resigned and I have informed properly through mail. So they have adjusted my last month salary. & I have submitted original certificate while joining the organization, I requested many times from company then only they have given the certificate. And I requested experience certificate but they are denying to give.. I have worked properly. I have no black marks . I have contributed and worked so hard for the organization. Even they knew about me.. but they are refusing to relieve me, for my career growth I need experience certificate. I have visited so many times but company not responding properly. They are simply telling will give you ,will give you but they are not giving.. they are ill- treating employees..plz kindly help me out to get.

I am H.Ramesh, Software trainer (Java/J2EE technologies & C,C++ languages). Since 10th August 2019 I have been associated with ACTE software Training centre, situated at 53-K, 1st floor, W-Block, 4th street, Anna Nagar (Opp: Kandasamy College) for giving training to three batches comprising 14 students.

ACTE activities are suspicious and bogus. They are not committed to the training and giving lots of false promises to the students as well as trainers. Recently I came to know that they have cheated software Trainers and students and complaints had been registered with K-4 police station Anna Nagar.

For more than fifty days I have been given training, and I haven’t been paid any money so far, irrespective of repeated reminders. At last they emailed me on 11th Sep 2019, that upon completion the core java part, get 50% out of the promised Rs 5000/student will be released within 2 days of the completion. Accordingly I completed as they requested, I filled the time sheet and sent to their finance team on 24th Sep 2019 by email. However, there is no response for the past 2 months. To the parents of few students, they informed that they have to give 60% (Rs 10,800/student) to the trainer and only 40% for the infrastructure. However they have not paid any money to me. They are bogus, fraudulent, threatening and in denial mode.
I do submit a time sheet for Rs 35,000 for training 15 students. So far no response from them.
Sir, I request you to kindly investigate and take appropriate action for their illegal activities, as lots of innocent students and Trainers are affected severely by their fraudulent training scam.

Their website (www.acte.in/) also fraud. They used the pictures and content of other popular institute in Bengaluru (felight.in). They filed a cyber police complaint against ACTE TRAINING INSTITUTE PRIVATE LIMITED ( CIN U72900TN2018PTC122002 ) in the cyber station in infantry road, near by MG road, Bengaluru against them.
