For any concern/complaint about any of the services provided by the Tamil Nadu Electrical Licensing Board, you can follow these steps:- You can lodge your complaints by phone, in person, or letter to the Deputy Secretary.
- If your query is not resolved, then you can escalate your complaint to the secretary or president in person or by letter at their offices on working days, 2:30pm-5pm.
