Treamer dead from last two month

Dear Team,

I am visited & submitted my treammer in your malad west service centre from last 2month ago.still my treamer are not working.Kindly provide better service again and again same problem facing battery backup not properly maintained & hismachine also not working. if you not provided service I shall going to consumer court & give bad feedback on your every product launched.
I need replacement of device.plz contact me & resolve on priority basis bcos now I am frustrated from your services.
One more thing your service centre which located in malad west in the mall are worst service centre in the world.he had nothing to do.plz close him immediately
